NCAYM SKI TRIP

What to pack:
1. Clothes--LAYERS people LAYERS. At first you'll be cold, but once you get skiing/snowboarding, you're going to start burning up. Also, try to stick with waterproof clothing. Remember: snow melts into water and sitting in wet clothes on a 4 hour car trip back home is not fun.

2. Gloves & Hat: to keep your ears and fingers warm.

3. If you want to bring your own snacks, that's fine too but lunch and dinner will be provided. So you do not have to bring money unless you want to.

4. Cell phones, mp3 players, cameras, games, etc. you can bring at your own risk. You will be responsible for whatever you bring. But my suggestion is that you leave everything valuable at home.

For FRIDAY:
Don't forget we'll be sleeping at church this Friday. So bring appropriate sleeping materials (sleeping bag, toothbrush, etc) but keep it at a minimum.

We're going to leave church at 6 AM. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Tell your parents we will be coming back at 10:15-10:30 PM Saturday Night.

Greetings Everyone,

Hope you are well. Just wanted to pass along some sad news. Lois, Timothy, Christina, and Patrick's grandfather passed away today. I can only imagine how difficult it must be to lose someone that close. Please keep them in your prayers that the Lord will bring comfort to them as well as to their families during these difficult times.

Greetings, I think we need to clear up some things. When we were talking about "Dating" on Friday nights, it was not "DATING," like "Worldly DATING." It was more about talking about biblical relationships. And dating for the purpose of marriage. It is going over issues like dating vs. courtship and stuff like that. So yeah that's it. Also this is only one small part of these FNL.

As for pairing up, that was only to help setup these "Mock" situations where you guys can practice what you have learned, ex. elbows off the table, chewing with you mouth closed, etc. If you have any questions please feel free to e-mail me. Thanks (P. Danny)

Hey all here are some announcements:

STUDENT LEADERSHIP: Meeting after church. 1:45. Come prepared to decorate the bulletin board and also to talk about the year's activities, etc.

2005 ncaYM PICTURES Available: if you are interested in getting a copy of every picture we took last year 2005 (4.7GB to be exact) please bring $2 to cover the cost of the DVD. We will put all the pictures unto a DVD and will get it to you.

B-Ball/Hockey Tickets: for those of you that are interested in going to the Hawks or the Thrashers game please bring $15 ASAP. If you buy both tickets at the same time, it will be $25 for both.
